Safe Beginnings 2-Hour Infant/Child CPR
September 19th, 2018 6:30-8:30pm

This 2-hour course focuses on CPR and choking for infants and children, as well as accident prevention for once babies become mobile. This course is for knowledge only and no certification will be awarded.

Our courses are breastfeeding friendly!

Chilliwack Breastfeeding Challenge 2018
Sept 29th, 2018 9:30-11:30am

Every year, on the 40th Saturday of the year at 11am, mothers and children unite at different sites around the world to compete in the annual Quintessence Breastfeeding Challenge to set a record for the most children breastfeeding at one time in one geographic location. The Challenge strives to increase public awareness of the normality of breastfeeding, the benefits to the mother, child and community and the ways in which women need support to achieve the recommended duration for breastfeeding.
